Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Asia.

If your country is not listed, please email info@myoball.com.au for a custom shipment order.

Australia – Free Shipping. Express Shipping is offered as an extra at checkout.

International – New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom – Standard and Express International Shipping is offered and calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and a tracking number is provided once shipped.

All items are shipped via Australia Post and generally arrive within 2–5 business days in Australia after leaving our Perth warehouse.

International Shipping Estimates:

• Standard: 6–20 business days

• Express: 5–12 business days

Remote areas in Australia may take up to 7 business days. Orders placed during holiday periods may require additional time.

Priority Fulfilment (Standard Shipping): Your order is packed same business day and skips the fulfilment queue to be shipped with the next courier pickup.

Authority to Leave

All shipments are sent with Authority to Leave, which means the courier is authorised to leave the parcel at the nominated address without requiring a signature.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please leave a note in the shipping instructions at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accessible during business hours.

Myo Ball PTY LTD is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Orders

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Myo Ball PTY LTD will not be held responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unavailable recipient

• Failure to collect a parcel from a post office after attempted delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or undeliverable delivery, reshipping charges will apply.
